Transparency from all parties, in regards to illnesses & symptoms, is critical to containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

For this reason, we are asking both Providers and Members to fully disclose any illnesses, symptoms of illness, and/or Covid testing information to the STL Sitter Office, before a confirmed appointment(s) is set to occur.
